Making a purchase on Elecurve.in implies that you have understood, acknowledged & adhere to the terms, conditions and policies of our website.
If you have received a damaged/ wrong product, please send the opening video over email to email@example.com.
After receiving the product, a fresh piece/ credit voucher will be sent. An exchange request for a damaged/ wrong product without the opening video will not be taken into consideration.
We at Elecurve offer exchanges for all items except Lingerie and items bought with a voucher or gift card. The items will be exchanged only once.
Once we receive the items back a credit voucher will be issued with a validity of 3 months.
All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and shipped with original tags and packaging. Failing to do so the items will be rejected during quality check and shipped back to the customer with extra shipping charges.
If the item didn’t fit well the customer can raise an exchange request over email.
Please note, that we don’t offer size exchanges or any types of exchanges in the Lingerie category.
Once sold these items won’t be exchanged/ refunded under any circumstances
Exchange/Return request needs to be raised via email only.
We need you to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days or 48 Hours of delivery to maintain our hygiene policy with your order number.
An exchange request placed after 3 working days of delivery will not be considered in any case.
Once acknowledged by our team you need to self-ship the product to the office address shared via email. We can arrange a reverse pick up on the customer’s request provided the pin code is available for reverse pick up. Reverse pick up is chargeable at Rs.80/-.
On receiving the request, it takes up to 3 working days for the request to get approved/rejected.
Once the items are received it takes 6-7 working days for the package to reach our warehouse.
The exchanged items need to be packed securely and safely to maintain our hygiene policy.
All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging, invoice and tags intact.
In case, products come without tags, they need to be returned in the same and intact condition. Any sign of usage, without the tags, will give us the right to reject the exchange.
Products like Swimwear and all products under the Lingerie category aren’t eligible for exchanges due to standard hygiene protocols.
Once received, the products will undergo a quality check and a credit voucher will be issued with a validity of 3 months. An item can be exchanged only once, once exchanged the order will not be eligible for another exchange/ store credit.
Refunds cannot be given for products under the lingerie category. For all other products, a refund will be provided within 7 days of receiving the product at our warehouse provided the product must be under the saleable condition with all tags intact.
Once the refund is approved it will take 4-7 days to reflect into your original mode of payment.
Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of our company and only in cases where the product has any manufacturing defect.
SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Once the parcel is shipped the customer receives the tracking link to their registered email address. Customers are requested to track it and inform us within 48 hours if they have not received the parcel when it shows delivered. The courier company does not take any complaints if it crosses the 48 hours time frame.
If the customer provides incorrect/ incomplete information and the parcel gets RTO (return to origin), a credit voucher will be issued deducting the shipping and RTO charges. We request all customers to provide the correct information. Any information cannot be changed once the parcel has been packed/shipped from our side.
